The worse developers to be buying from ! They have the most unprofessional responses when dealing with the mistakes they have made, very poor work and response to complaints procedures. I have bought from other developers and I did not have such horrific experiences- do not buy from them

Left our door without key fob whereas the rest of the flat have theirs. To think that my flat was secluded and no one can notice that thieves are breaking in because they did not put a key fob.Client’s security not take on board.

Amazing company/sales staff/contractors.We completed in September on our first property, and from the moment we met the sales team at Springhead park we didn't feel pushed and couldn't have asked for a better service. The houses come complete with flooring, turf, and all white goods!Snagging list was completed promptly to an impeccable standard. Could not recommend enough! We are so happy with the quality of our service and home!! Thank you countryside!

Shouldn’t advertise their ‘part exchange’ option on their website. I was told that this isn’t offered in the North West despite this showing on the webpages for properties in the North West.

Through cost cutting and greed Countryside Properties have built our property into a fire trap, for which I am now liable for the costs of remediation. So bad is the situation that can't even tell what they built our property from and have to cut large segments out of the walls. Don't take my word for it do your research at #endourcladdingscandal BEWARE
