This company don't have a customers service. I already have house 2 years but they still don't repair what we report. Customer service come and check and dont do too much, they was few times because lost (serveral time) ours reports;/ we write like we hear watter leaking and they send electric:/

Buying my first flat from Countryside has been nothing but a headache from the get go. From their pushy sales team, adding pressure to sign contracts quickly and signing up to overpriced insurance with hidden fees. Then the whole ground rent doubling fiasco and now Countryside distancing themselves from the EWS1 regulations. The worst experience of my life so far......my advice would be to never buy a property from these con artists.

Very pleased with the service offered to us at Wren Green. Lisa and Angie (sales reps) have been friendly and helpful throughout, and the builders have been quick to sort any snagging issues. Our house is lovely and exactly what we wanted.

I urge everyone to reconsider purchasing homes from Countryside Homes. Their inability to uphold commitments, like resolving waterlogging issues in my garden, speaks volumes about their reliability. Don't risk your investment with a builder who can't deliver on promises.

TrustpilotCountryside denies expert opinion
Countryside sold 246 apartments at Salford Quays which we now know have cladding designed and installed contrary to the fire regs at the time. Despite all evidence to the contrary Countryside Properties insist the buildings were compliant with fire safety regulations when they were built. Rather than looking to see how they can help the people who bought from them in good faith, they just deny all responsibility. Please beware of buying from Countryside Properties.

Hard to even give 1 star. PLEASE DO NOT BUY A COUNTRYSIDE HOME. Poor customer service, dishonest in every way. 18 months on and still in dispute over our overhang roof, that has a 1200mm gap with lats and this is why it is dipping but couldn’t care less. Lie after lie, AVOID IN EVERYWAY

Moved into a beautiful home 3 years ago. 3 years later the development is still plagued by the faulty alarm systems they have installed. Literally nearly every day a house alarm goes off. I notified countryside on many an occasion, they wanted nothing to do with it! Says everything!

Really like the design of my home, but the finish and construction left a little to be desired. Mis-sold by their sales agents who withheld vital information about the leasehold i.e. the fact the ground rent doubles every 15 years and there are addtitional charges and restrictions within the lease. I have had two sales on the property since fall through due to the lease and have had to take the property off the market.

Don’t respond to issues. Make false promises that they don’t deliver on. I.e saying they’ll call you back and don’t. Had my windows smashed two nights in a row. Requested assistance getting them replaced, was promised a call back, nothing. Have reported snags numerous times not even had the courtesy of a response..... and it’s a shame their customer services lets them down because their homes are beautiful...when they don’t have smashed windows....

At the beginning of the sales process the rep quoted completion of the Edge July 23. By exchange this had dropped back to December 23. Then March 24, now "hopefully end May '24". No offer of compensation.Utterly unprofessional.
