Very experienced Co. & agents, kept us up to date, did not have to chase up for anything regarding viewings, feedback from possible buyers etc.Lots of suggestions as to market our property & once a buyer was found they corresponded well between seller, buyer & solicitors which made it seamless for us all & dare I say pretty stress free.Cedric was charming & it was a pleasure to put our Mum’s property in his more than capable hands.Would definitely recommend & would have no qualms about using them again. We have been using White and Sons since November 2015 and have dealt with Justin Theobald and Rebecca Foster in that time. Both have been extremely helpful and very knowledgeable with any problems within the estate. They're very pro active with dealing with any issues from tree surveys and maintenance to lighting and replacing loose paving slabs and finding the best suppliers for the estate .. ranging from the Gardiner to the insurance required.They're also good with sorting the accounts out for the estate as well as the service charge for the residents. We have them chair our AGM and the professional manner with which they handle it is excellent. Both Justin and Rebecca are very easy to approach with any sort of problem and are very discreet with some of the more sensitive issues faced.

We had a viewing end of January and completed in April !! Freya and the team at White and Sons were always ahead of the game. Once we had made an offer, Freya arranged countless more visits to the cottage in Old Oxted so that we could measure up, show family and even do a pre-move in spring clean. W&S were in constant dialog with the seller to sort out issues and questions for us and always chased the seller's solicitor for documentation and legal bits. Not once did we ever chase W&S, Freya always came back to us and if she was out on a valuation or visit another member of the team would call us. It was clear that the whole team were invested in providing a first class service. It was a very long process for us to buy our house. We placed an offer that was accepted around 8 months ago, and we only just exchanged due to the length of the chain but also a lot of failings from our own solicitors and the sellers solicitors. James Richards from White and Sons Horley was the only person during this experience who offered clarity. He was always clear, to the point, honest and understanding as to how stressed we were that we were close to losing this house. He always responded to emails promptly, got back to us over the phone as soon as he could and I always felt listened to and that I had made progress after touching base with him. I believe we potentially would have not exchanged on the property and lost the house if it wasn’t for James intervening with our solicitors, advising us what to do and bridging the communication gaps between the solicitors. Sold our house for £5k over asking price before it had even formally been put on the market. Had a tumultuous buying process as 2 purchases fell through. White & Sons were superb at ensuring our buyers stayed in the chain and assuaging their understandable concerns. Always responded promptly to communications, never had to chase.
