GoogleWell located letting agency who are very well connected to the student market and excellent at securing student lettings in Headington, Cowley and beyond. We have used them since we acquired our first property in Oxford in 2014 as they have been consistently successful.

Facebook3 months after moving into our flat, RMA Properties hasn't addressed issues we raised when moving in and filling out our inventory. • The property's entrance was covered in litter when we moved in, a far different state than that when we viewed the property, this has still not been completely cleared. • It took over a month for lightbulbs to be replaced that were broken when we moved in. • Wires next to the fuse box are still exposed, and their replacement has been "pushed back" as it is "non-essential", so that it will now take over 3 months to get a cover on the box. • Multiple parts of the fridges were broken, and addressed when we moved in, yet still haven't been fixed. All of these issues have be raised over and over again, but are repeatedly "pushed back" due to their maintenance team having too many "urgent issues" at other properties, or they are still seeking approval from the "landlord", who happens to be RMA Investments. It's really shocking that for £500 a month per person, these tasks cannot be completed within a reasonable timeframe. Despite Oxford's near-extortionate housing market, you would still expect far better service than this estate agent has provided.

GoogleThe most disorganised, incompetent company that doesn’t care about any of its tenants or house issues. I have been living with rats in my ceiling for 9 months now and even after paying for my own pest control company and telling them I need to be reimbursed they refused. Loose significant amounts of paperwork and act like the tenants haven’t given it to them yet to the point where we get signed and dated photocopies to make sure we cannot be held accountable. Save yourself a lot of stress and DO NOT RENT WITH RMA. I wish I had done the same

GoogleDisrespectful, condescending and disorganised staff that purposefully avoid accountability. If you’re communicating with this company, ensure there is a paper trail and avoid phone calls. They are unhelpful and highly unprofessional.

GoogleWorst property agents i have ever had no professionalism and no work ethics. just worries about money and not care about there tenants. have complained about maintenance issues in the house but did not seem to have any interest in it only in rent. wont recommend to any one. very UNPROFESSIONAL and WORST LETTING AGENCY.

GoogleAn agent is supposed to make life easier and not more difficult. I have had to chase the agency for my deposit every day for the last 10 days without any response. Dominic (the agent) ignores emails and you have to chase him by phone to get any sort of response and even then it is a struggle.

avoid at all costs RMA takes nearly a week to get back to any emails/calls, the staff I have spoken to are unwilling to help with many matters, and any replies are quite rude. I was with Premier Lettings before and they were efficient, friendly and very fair. RMA's standard goes beyond lower than even students expect.

GoogleAbsolutely appalled by this company. Promised a rental house would be professionally cleaned, the garden was going to cut and sorted. Neither of which had occurred. Rubbish all over the garden. Mould on walls, inside wardrobes and curtains, which is highly toxic for tenants with asthma. Bedrooms with inadequate and faulty blinds not offering privacy. A complete lack of safeguarding responsibilities to students.

GoogleVery bad experience, and the worst property agent I have ever seen. Unwilling to answer any questions from customers after the property is rented out. Deducted the deposit unfairly, need to contact the dispute resolution service get my money back!

No communication from this agency. They don't respond to emails or calls when you need something to be fixed in the property. Furthermore, they take as much time as possible to return your deposit. Not quite sure why the employees struggling to reply to emails in a timely manner when that is their sole responsibility.

GoogleTerrible service. The staff working there had no idea of information on the properties and try all they can to make it as difficult as possible for you. Booked various viewings which they didn't even have the keys for on the day. Very unorganised and highly recommend to try elsewhere if you can.
