JLL London West End Real Estate provided an outstanding level of service, far exceeding my expectations. The staff were highly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely supportive throughout the entire process. Communication was clear and timely, and they took the time to understand my requirements and offer suitable solutions. Their attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction really stood out. I am extremely satisfied with the experience and would confidently recommend JLL London West End Real Estate to anyone looking for reliable and high-quality real estate services.

I strongly advise any students to NEVER sign a contract with RMA. Maintenance number doesn’t work, there are massive oversights on major problems such as internal and external water leaks into electrical sockets, no checks carried out on the property before move-in day so was in a dirty unkempt condition, and constant back and forth over issues that have been raised 6+ months prior.

Great landlord and excellent service. The property is very well maintained, and any questions or issues are always dealt with quickly and professionally. It’s been a pleasure having my coffee shop here, and I’m very happy with the overall experience. Highly recommended.

We had an overall great experience renting a student flat with RMA- special thanks to Robin Ajit who was responsive whenever we needed any help, and to Marta Romanowska (the lettings admin). They were fair and very informative throughout our tenancy and would recommend them. When we had any issues in the property the maintenance company were contacted swiftly and ensured that everything was up to scratch. Thank you RMA!

I rented through RMA for three years and would strongly advise against using them if you have any choice. During the tenancy, communication was consistently poor. Maintenance requests were dealt with very slowly, and contractors often turned up without any notice at random times. The check-out process has been unbelievably bad. A full month after moving out, I have still received no communication about my deposit, despite calling daily and being told I need to speak to my property manager (Silas), who never returns calls. When moving out, I specifically asked to be told within seven days if a reclean was required so I could send back the professional cleaners. Instead, RMA waited until 5:05pm on the final day, when the free reclean window had already expired, to tell us one was needed. I had no choice but to pay an additional fee to send the cleaners back, which I did to ensure the property was left in good order. Even the landlord has since confirmed the property was in good condition, yet I am still waiting for any update on the deposit return. I will now have to go through the DPS as RMA are unwilling to return the deposit. If you have any choice, avoid renting with RMA.

Read the reviews before conducting any business with RMA. Not to be trusted. My dealings with RMA. Kurt, the worker I had dealings with was extremely polite and helpful throughout my stay... However, when it came to recovering my security deposit. Emails aren't responded to in good time. It has been nearly a full calendar month when they have a statutory 14 days to return a deposit. I am being charged for the cleaning of communal areas, which I have never used. I never did washing at the property or cooked a meal, this will be verified but those i shared with. I also moved out 5 weeks before the others renting rooms in an HMO. How do I ensure those areas are clean when I have handed back the keys. I also informed them of my need to move out early between 2 and 3 weeks ahead of time. Asking if anything wasn't up to their standard to let me know as the contract was still running. What I had was a licence to use communal areas, and in exactly the same way if I had a driving licence but never drove, not in a million years am I accepting a speeding ticket. Guaranteed they will use a ludacrisly overpriced cleaning company also. So because of this we're now in as dispute. Bitter ending

The agents themselves never replied to emails and when the deposit was due to be given back for our tenancy they took a very long time to give the details of the issues with the house - these issues included charging us for cleaning for a cupboard full of the landlords junk which was there at the start of the tenancy! STAY AWAY they will most definitely over charge u for the deposit at the end

If you rent from this agency, expect to get scammed out of your money at the end of the tenancy. RMA tried to deduct £1315 from our deposit (between 4 of us) at the end of the tenancy for cleaning, damages to the walls, left items and for light bulbs. Luckily, we had taken photos of the flat when we had moved in so we could prove that all of these things were there when we arrived. After MONTHS of stressful and extensive negotiation we managed to get them to redact everything except the cleaning costs. If we had not taken photos at the beginning of the tenancy they would have scammed us out of £1315 as we would not have been able to prove it. The flat was dirty when we moved in, and we cleaned it to at the least the standard that it was at the beginning of the tenancy (as is our legal obligation). However, RMA refused to redact this and the only way we could get the money back is if we took legal action. They tried to persuade us it was a good deal at £120 per room for cleaning, even though the rooms were already clean. Considering the flat was dirty when we moved in, I can only conclude the cleaner does nothing and is capitalising off the exorbitant rate they can change for end of tenancy cleanings. I'm pretty sure they routinely send in "professional" cleaners without even checking the state of the property and automatically deduct cleaning fees no matter what you do. On the day of check out, RMA had requested to bring the key back and to do a check out inventory of the property at a specific time on the last day of the tenancy. I stayed an extra day just to make this appointment, but they did not turn up. We had the legal right to attend the check out, but they denied us this. The manager seems to think if he works his charm he can loosen up people to the idea of being scammed. They also took 3x as long as the contract states to send back the deposit deductions. This is just one of the ways they violated the tenancy agreement. In addition to all this, in the middle of the tenancy an agent from RMA came into the flat and insisted on taking multiple photos of the insides of our rooms, which was a gross violation of our privacy. I have lived in 3 student houses before this one, and never had these issues, this is not normal or justified behaviour.

This property company has some staff that are very rude, unorganised and also liars. Make sure you keep communication with them on email or text, so that it's on record. Kurt was not very helpful, he was condescending, and will not allow one to speak. He needs to be trained, in customer service and effective communication.

Awful experience from start to finish. I can't tell whether they were taking advantage of us because we were students, woefully incompetent, or both. Whilst applying for the house they lost the documents we had given them and blamed us for it several times. They told us prior to the contract being signed that no deposit was needed from us, only to inform us after the signing that they would be needing a £750 deposit from each tenant. Upon arrival, the house was not professionally cleaned as they claimed. It was dusty and the balcony was littered with cigarette butts and other pieces of debris. Also upon arrival, we found a bed which had been left in the downstairs corridor and a mattress in the cloak cupboard, neither of which were removed until two months later despite us requesting this during the first week. Alongside this, the element, grill and two out of the four hobs on the oven did not work when we first arrived (house for FIVE people). When an engineer was sent to have a look, he told us that he had been called out before regarding the same issue with the same oven just before our tenancy began and that he had reported it to RMA and no action had been taken. Our washing machine broke after its first usage and, despite our protests, we were charged for its repair. That was all week 1. The rest of our tenancy was a series of us making requests about maintenance and other issues and either not hearing back or seeing an actual response for long periods of times (sometimes months). Come the end, we left the house in a better state than that in which we found it and they still attempted to claim a third of our deposit for 'damages' which were either illegitimate or not our fault. It took six months after the end of our tenancy to settle this dispute and get our deposit back. Would rate 0 stars if I could. Really don't bother

I needed help with my deposit refunding process, Silas was very helpful, he made the entire process quick and smooth. The agency overall was very proactive with solving the problems throughout my tenancy.

I have been renting property through RMA for many years and they have always been responsive and helpful with any questions issues arising and sorting it promptly. Recently the boiler broke down and Silas gave me a call back after I reported the issue and the engineer arrived in less than 30mins. I have only had a good experience renting through them. Highly recommended.

Called JLL today, the person I had on the phone was just plain rude. Honestly if you don’t want to work with people and be a bit more professional change job??? The way she talks on the phone, you’d think someone forced her to be there.
