Having dealt with many agents as both a tenant and as a landlord over the years in the Oxford area I can safely say that Premier are by far the most professional, honest and efficient one in the city. Its a genuine pleasure to deal with them. I have never had any issues at all and appreciate the high level of customer service that they offer. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Proffessional and personal letting agency. Called them from abroad concerning an apartment. Charly offered me to make video viewing of the apartment within the same day! During the viewing he was very friendly and professional and answered all the questions I had. Since we made the viewing via video call he also explained us a lot about the area around the apartment which really helped us. Overall great service!!

The worst letting agency I have seen in my life. I do not know how such a business can still exist, respect! From the first encounter to the end of tenancy (release of deposit delayed by 1.5 months) a lot of mistakes, miscalculations and time consuming discussions. Completely incapable. A real frustration to deal with Premier in Cowley. Keep your hands away.

Absolutely awful experience. Thoroughly unhelpful and rude staff who were always trying to get as much extra money as possible. It always felt like they were annoyed to speak to us when we tried to stop them cheating us out of more cash with an unbelievable number of hidden charges. Very glad to never have to deal with them again. Avoid at all costs.

I booked an online viewing with this estate agent for a property to let a few days in advance. I then called an hour beforehand and they confirmed it would be going ahead. Ten minutes AFTER the scheduled start time I called to ask why I hadn’t received an invitation to a call for the viewing, and I was told they couldn’t do the viewing… no reason why - just that they couldn’t do it. They didn’t even bother to in advance call to let me know they had cancelled my appointment.
