GoogleGenuinely cannot recommend Premier Properties. I had rented through them for two years as a student and throughout that time they neglected to notify us of viewings, which as nursing students subject to shift work on placement was completely unacceptable. They also breached their own contract after we had left the property through keeping hold of our deposit for over 31 working days even after we had agreed to the few charges the landlord wished to make.

GoogleIs this business even running?? Their office is always empty. I call, no answer and I send emails, nothing. I don’t understand them. Very very confused by them.

GoogleI have been renting my student house through Premier Lettings during this academic year and they have been extremely helpful and supportive. They are always ready to help and answer any questions I have about my property, rent enquiries or any other questions. It can be a stressful process finding a house but Premier were accommodating and patient, and we have renenwed the same property for next year.

GoogleI am so glad we rented a property through Premier. They were so proffessional, easily contactable (replying within hours) and very very helpful throughout our tennacy, despite being in a let only property. Luke Souch in partincular went above and beyond what was expected, towards the end of our tennancy to help us out... for which we are so grateful! I cannot reccomond Luke and Premier highly enough.
