When things got really tough for me despite others not always keeping him and me 'in the loop' he took a calm measurerd approach which was really helpful. Highly professional and personable service

We first appointed Penny and Sinclair as agents to sell my mother in law’s property and based on the positive experience we went back to them when we came to sell our house. Our Sales Manager Joe Worsell was highly personable as well as extremely professional, efficient and knowledgeable, especially when the chain below us collapsed and our original buyer had to pull out. He immediately re-marketed the property and turned the whole situation around so quickly.If we are buying and selling property in future, we’ll certainly be talking to Joe and the team at Penny and Sinclair.

However, we were disappointed with how a post-completion issue regarding the condition of the property was handled, as it was not resolved satisfactorily. Overall, a positive experience, albeit with a disappointing final aspect.

Penny & Sinclair were advertising a property we really liked, but to be able to proceed we needed to sell our own house. We contacted Sean and explained the situation and the difference we would need between our sale and the purchase price, and left him to it! Within a few days, our front door was red hot with viewings and in a matter of weeks, Sean contacted us to say he had found us a buyer and had our offer accepted on the new house, it really was that easy and we're moving next week!
