Dear Vinod As per my email this morning, I am disappointing you are unhappy with the property you have moved in to and that in turn, you felt our service level was warranted a 3 star review, but it was stressed to you that we highly recommend you view the property prior to signing tenancy agreements and moving in, but you chose not to. So it is unfortunate that you are unhappy with the property but that is not reflective of our conscientious approach and helpful service level to both tenants and landlords, as an agency. However we are a little surprised by the 1 star review as the only interaction we have had with you, was on one property viewing on Cowley Road where you informed us you need parking. Unfortunately we did not have anything else that was suitable so were unable to help with your property search.
