Rude, immoral, unprofessional and greedy agency. Worst of all, they ignored bullying compliants against their employees. A company as this that tolerates harassment shouldn’t continue to exist. Take your money and business else where.

Their Solihull branch are amazing. Hands down the most responsive, helpful and pleasant estate agents we’ve ever rented off in our collective 10 years of renting. Even came to lend me the spare key when I got locked out at no notice. Such a lovely family feel to the branch with very caring people. Can’t thank them or recommend them highly enough.

Absolutely useless. I went to view a property the estate agent knew nothing about it and couldn’t even tell me the age of it - not informative at all. When I called up the next day I was promised a call back as they hadn’t responded to texts and then missed out on the property because of their poor communication.Would definitely not recommend.

Once you rent it, it becomes pretty much useless for any fixing or agreements that were made verbally. You have to deal with rudeness and lies all the time. I feel sad for all the tenants signing up with them

Operating illegally in Scotland. They ask for a holding fee, which is illegal in Scotland. Now on the third business day waiting for a refund for the holding fee after they changed the move in date. They advertised property as available immediately, only for us to find out it would be available in a months time.

In all my dealings with Sam Lamb I was impressed by the level of communication and proactivity in ensuring the chain went through. Couldn't have a worst experience with the branch in Peterborough. They don't follow their own contract as they entered in the flat I was renting without my permission and in other circumstance they entered with less then the 24h warning.Do not even consider them, is my advice. They will use you and abuse from your rights and change the rules to suit them.

Less than helpful when trying to organise a viewing on a property from their Ashford branch in Kent. Funny how they are as nice as can be when there’s a property slump but as soon as the market turns the other way. Refused a viewing as they were too busy. I’d never put my house on the market with them.

Fellow landlords I just want to warn you about these cowboys they are useless.Need to contact them by email and guess what no response try and call them and get a rude member of staff who won’t let you speak to who you want to and Promise a call back that never comes.Honestly do not bother with these they are useless

I would give these clowns 0 stars if I could,they don't even deserve 1. I'm surprised they haven't been shut down yet. Terrible customer service and underhanded shady practices. Avoid this company like the plague. Bunch of cowboys!If you are selling your house, avoid! If you see a house to buy from them absolutely avoid!

Every member of staff I dealt with in the Wigan branch was the most unhelpful and unfriendly person I had to deal with during the house buying process.Apart from Pam, who jumped in at the very end, she was nice.Otherwise generally unresponsive, poor communication and miserable sounding.Would not like to deal with this company again.

GoogleProfessional, polite and efficient service, KF Oxford team were excellent in marketing our property earlier this year. Dane Spelina mounted a very effective campaign in selling the property privately and with little fuss in the lead up to completion day. This is the second time KF have sold properties for us in the past 10 years and their service is to be commended.
