2 times they have been to appraise my house and i never hear anything back. On the second occasion i mentioned my first experience and got told it wouldn't happen again. it did. They then contacted me a 3rd time for an appraisal. DO NOT USE.

As a landlord, I cannot recommend this agency. They have high staff turnover, are extremely disorganized, blatantly mis-inform, and oversee shoddy maintenance. The experience from the POV of the tenant seems to be just as poor. The sales team blatantly over-promises, then the landlord is left trying to understand why they are on the hook for things they explicitly did not agree to. Really a horrible experience all around.

Indeed, all the various staff contacts have been very positive and professional - particularly important for us as this was our first experience of renting after 37 years of house ownership! Horrible experience with this agency. I am currently living in a 3 bed flat in Fulham where one of the bedroom ceiling has collapsed and for last 2 months the agency has been slow, practically unresponsive and simply rude. They treat tenants with such disdain it’s shocking. Do not use this company

The entire process was really smooth and we were able to schedule a viewing and fill out an application before we were in the country. Jackie, Melanie and Carol are all incredibly helpful and always respond quickly to emails even if it’s past working hours. Highly recommend!
