The best agency I’ve rented with so far! My property manager Eleanor responded to all my queries and requests promptly. The rare couple of times requiring maintenance to fix the shower hose and lights were dealt with immediately within 1-2 days. The whole renting process was extremely smooth and I can’t recommend them more!

Finders Keepers are way ahead of other…

Finders Keepers are way ahead of other agents in terms of knowledge, efficiency and helpfulness. I've worked with them for 20 years. They helped my son as a student tenant and more recently me as a landlord representative in my work and landlord in my own right. Helen Dunn, in particular, is highly capable and I rely on her to deal with the legal paperwork and trust her to make sure I'm fully current with regulations and documents.

We moved to Oxford 2 years ago and we rented 2 properties both through Finders Keepers Headington Office. In both cases we were followed by Emma and Adrian. We are really delighted by their service and support. We definetely hope we could continue to be followed by them if we would want to move again

I was a tenant with Finders Keepers for 6 and a half years and in that time, my experience with Adrian, other members of the letting team in Headington and their contractors was always professional, polite, very helpful and efficient. I highly recommend this team to both landlords and tenants. In my opinion, for good quality and peace of mind, you won’t find a better team in Oxford.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

We have lived in a Finders Keepers House in Headington for 4 and a half years now. They have always responded in good time and been incredibly courteous and considerate. We were very grateful this week, for example, when our heating and water stopped working in the morning and by midday it was all working again! We are grateful for Finders Keepers!

Thank you to the Finders Keepers Headington team for being the most professional lettings agency I've encountered. Although we didn't succeed with our offer, we were treated with far more respect than any other agency I've used. I look forward to working with them again.

Always respond promptly to any queries. Organised a locksmith to come out within the hour when our lock broke after normal working hours and delivered excellent communication as part of this.

Finder's Keepers has been a wonderful agency to me in my two year rental. They have always been great and quick at offering any help or advice when I needed it, communicated with a lot of notice whenever they had to come over for viewings/inspections/maintenance. Hands down the best letting agents in Oxford!

Very helpful letting agents and much more professional than those at other properties we viewed. Also provided us with a service to get all of our bills set up which was great.

Surprised about the high ratings! Really disappointing! As a Neighbour of a property managed by FK Headington I have been contacting them via phone and via their website for over a month to request the property management team to get the managed properties fences fixed which are scattered all over our garden. The tenant has attempted the same. Quite poor 1/5

Finders Keepers

I've had property with Finders Keepers for 20+ years and they have been great. I'm very keen that tenants are looked after and they are very prompt with repairs. I also had a good experience having property upgraded and this added to the value and it showed very well. Recommend them as agents and I will continue to be a client for a good time to come.

Rent elsewhere if you can

I have rented a property managed by Finders Keepers in Summertown Oxford for nearly 6 years. We have now moved and changed property managers. Luckily. We rented an expensive property, all issues that we flagged were managed at the slowest possible speed, the only thing FK were always quick to do was to increase the rent by 6 to 12% each year, never any attention or checking-in if all was well. Now, at the end of the tenancy, the check-out meant that we were given a lengthy document with the tiniest details minuted of all the things we would need to do (as if moving isn't stressful enough), they were going to completely refurbish the house (having raised the rent by another 30% for the next tenants, poor them!). Subsequently, all kinds of charges are now going to be deducted from my deposit adding insult to injury. If you can rent elsewhere, please do so. Finders Keepers say they get good ratings, maybe from wealthy landlords... not from anyone letting from them.
