Once we signed, the house is beautiful. Our property manager (Hannah) is wonderful and fixes everything amazingly fast. The repair-people we've met have been great. Honestly, best service I've had from an estate agent ever. BUT Very stressful to sign the contract, prove income, etc. Felt pressured and mistrusted the whole way.

Liers and con artists!£1350 a month for a house with mice (apparently just part of living in the country so not dealt with), no working shower or bath! As previous reviewer stated, blamed us for their cheap workmen who after more than a year and a number of tenants couldn’t stop the shower leaking through the ceiling over the Exposed live wires of the unsafe lights!Told us when we moved in what things were going to be fixed and they never were, and then found out from neighbours THEY GIVE KEYS TO CONTRACTORS TO ENTER THE PROPERTY WHILST YOURE NOT THERE!!!!

We've been tenants with Finders Keepers for about 6 years now and have always found them to be very good. Over the years I've rented places with a number of different agents in Oxford and can easily say they are up there (with one other) as the best we've dealt with. Whilst part of it is that we're very lucky to have a great landlord, it is also the case that the team at Finder's Keepers have always been very responsive whenever we've had any maintenance issues with the property. Importantly, they are supported by a great team of tradesmen so whether it's fixing issues, carrying out safety inspections, or just general maintenance it's been a positive experience for us whenever anyone has come to work at the property.

Having had experience of other letting agents in both Oxford and Cambridge I can honestly say there is none to compare with Finders Keepers! They deserve their place as market leaders not only for the brilliant service they provide as a matter of course, but for the way they consistently exceed expectations and genuinely care about their clients, the tenants and the properties they look after. Their courteous and efficient staff are in my experience unsurpassed both in Student Lettings and Professional Lets. I first came to them when the poor systems of another local agent had led to the complete breakdown of trust with my tenants and in the very recent past they have given crucial advice in relation to a property being badly managed by another agent elsewhere in the country. Their infectious enthusiasm for and deep expertise in all property matters was evident at the recent superb Property Intelligence Seminar which provided practical and financial advice and information in the light of Brexit. It is a privilege to be be able to say they represent me.

I was given the task of looking for a four bedroomed house for some visiting academics. As I was told the beginning of September most places were gone and it was a nightmare trying to find anywhere. However, I found Carol Tidy-Stevens at Finders Keepers so helpful and she did over what her job entails to help me find somewhere and I am very grateful to her for that! She emailed daily with updates and even asked other branches if they had anything suitable. I went to all the agencies you could imagine and the only place I received help was Finders Keepers. Now I am looking for a two bedroomed property and wouldn't imagine going anywhere but to Carol to help me find the perfect property.
