GoogleEven though we eventually moved our house search away from Oxford, my husband and I were so impressed with Jay Sarbatta’s professionalism and customer service skills that we decided to continue with him as our mortgage broker. I would highly recommend Jay as he has gone above and beyond, always striving to get us the best possible deals and keeping us informed every step of the way. Thank you for all your help Jay!!

GoogleI’ve been delighted with the sheer speed at which the Connells Headington Lettings team of Chris and Steve were able to source quality tenants. The property had been advertised for over two months with the previous agency without success. After switching to Connells a let was agreed within 2 days of the property being advertised and at all stages I was kept up to date with the tenants application and vetting process which was very thorough. They are also very quick and adaptable at responding to requests from both the tenants and myself. This, for me, is the most crucial part of being an agency and is the difference between keeping tenants happy that will stay and unhappy tenants that will leave if ignored and problem not addressed. Living away from the area in which the property is rented means it’s crucial I have a good agency that can handle things on my behalf and act quickly and professionally and the Connells Lettings team at Headington do not disappoint in this area!

GoogleMy main contact at Connells in Headington was Nick Ingrem, ably supported by his boss Omar Nawaz. I spotted a property I was interested in and Nick agreed to meet me there. I liked the property and explained to Nick that was interested and keen to move very quickly. Less than five weeks later I owned the house! Throughout the process Nick, Omar and the rest of the team could not have been more helpful and accommodating. Everyone at Connell's was positive, friendly and supportive and helped make the whole transaction go smoothly. I rarely make recommendations of this nature, but I can wholeheartedly recommend the Connells team at Headington.

GoogleAndrew Topping at Connells was extremely helpful from beginning to end of our sale. Even when the sale took longer than expected due to unforeseen issues with the solicitors, he was fantastic with keeping us informed of next steps, how we can help speed things along, and with chasing the legal side of things. I cannot recommend his services highly enough for selling property.

GoogleConnells and Jack Ballard are very effective in giving mortgages advice and supporting us through negotiating, lending, legal matters and surveying. I would definitely recommend them to make the house buying process much more easy, and additionally to acquire the optimal lending rates available. Definitely value for money.
