GoogleThroughout quite a prolonged house finding process, Chancellors were consistently helpful and very speedy in responding to emails and requests for further information. They were often able to fit viewings in at short notice, at awkward times. Chris Kilkenny, who we dealt with throughout the process, was very personable, knowledgeable and efficient, and never anything less than completely professional from beginning to end.

GoogleThis agency has been known to discriminate against renters just because they are in receipt of Universal Credit - disgusting.
We are naturally concerned to read this post as we have provided a detailed response directly to ACORN and to date no response has been returned from them. We can confirm the company does not have any policies that are illegal or discriminate against tenants, including on the grounds that they are in receipt of Universal Credit or other benefits. We naturally also recognise the need for tenants on low incomes to have safe and stable homes.
