GoogleAlex and all those I have dealt with at Chancellors have been brilliant from start to finish. It had been a difficult sale due to personal issues but all had been professional, supportive and kind and helped make the whole process as easy and as smooth as it could be under the circumstances.

FacebookZERO STARS. Simply the worst agency out there. Will not stop calling no matter how many times you tell them to remove you from their system. Do not give them your phone number let alone your property. Worst service I’ve ever experienced from any company EVER! Find and use a local agency - I’ve never had an issue with anyone except Chancellors!

FacebookHow they treat staff and can fire their staff when they have been told medically and by government rules to self isolate due to illness. To then have a call From manager to fire them! Which this member of staff previously offered to work from home ! Absolutey disgusting and to kick somebody down when poorly as well! Shame on you!!

FacebookHorrendous experience in Wycombe. Especially during Covid but even before. The team are really unhelpful, do not listen, and even if you are entitled to help legally they delay it because they work for the landlord who tends to be a big company or corporation with no empathy. Honestly just avoid this company save yourself the grief.
I wish we had looked at this review before we had any dealings with them. Had a very similar experience in Leominster branch. Lettings manager lied to us on many an occasion & was totally unreliable

GoogleMe and my wife are over the moon with the service provided by the Chancellors especially Jay Sarbatta who helped us all the way through from the beginning not only to the completion even after we are being well looked after. Really outstanding service. Highly recommended.

GoogleSadly Chancellors, in particular Lorna, wasn't helpful at all. During the one year lease, the repairs were super delayed, hazardous things like mould was only removed with months delay and the overall service was extremely poor. I strongly recommend another office or other Management Company.

GoogleJay Sarbatta has been an excellent connecting point at the Cowley office definitely one of the most supportive members of the team. On the whole I have been happy and satisfied with the whole process. The whole team has combined to produce the end result.
