GoogleBenjamin has helped us find a great house, but due to external circumstances relating to the landlord, we couldn't take the house anymore. GoogleThese guys employ anti-consumer practices They shared my personal information without my consent in an attempt to get a commission on my internet hookup. Now Virgin Media have me on a marketing list. I've also been contacted by someone at Chancellors soliciting positive reviews. Knowing that, I don't put much faith in the positive reviews I see here.

FacebookI bought a flat from chancellors. Basically had no contact from them in the 5 months the property took to complete and my emails were ignored. When the property completed they didn't have the keys to the back door. This despite the fact they had used a key to show us outside during the viewing. Liars trying to cover up the fact they had lost keys. Would use a different more professional estate agents.

GoogleRobyn was incredibly helpful throughout the process of looking for my first house. While I have now had an offer accepted via a different agency, I would definitely use Chancellors in the future to sell a property. Robyn was very accommodating of all of my requests and made what could have been a stressful process much easier.

GoogleI did not end up renting a property via Chancellors, but I was pleased with their service. Lettings negotiator Emma Shayler was punctual and friendly and replied to my queries in a timely manner. The local property market can be something of a feeding frenzy, so it is good to find professional service in navigating such turbid waters.

FacebookThe worst possible agents I have ever had the misfortune to know. They refuse to organise any viewings to anyone other than a cash buyer ! Where do they expect you to live when your house is sold ? The rudest,most condescending,arrogant people in the world. Are chancellors trying to control the whole property market with their aggressive tactics?I would never market a property with them as they refuse to allow viewings.

FacebookI would be very careful about letting a property through Chancellors. We sadly used them for a year and found them to be of very little help. It appears that they allow tenants to damage your property whilst living there and give you zero support in claiming this money back out of the deposit. They act through a sub company called Thameside management and the staff there are neither knowledgable or helpful.

GoogleJulian Dando and the team were very helpful during the letting process, the property we ended up choosing was based on his recommendation after I'd specified our requirements. I was given all the necessary information promptly and any queries were answered in a reasonable time period. Definitely superior to other agents I've dealt with in the past.
