GoogleWe had to rent a property in Oxford in a very short time and Richard Chaudry (from Chancellors Cowley branch) showed the most interest and dedication of any other estate agents in Oxford. He helped us a lot showing all the possible properties that fitted our requirements and he tried up to the last time sending us new information. Finally we decided to live outside Oxford, but if we move again in 1 or 2 years, we will contact Chancellors (and Richard) for sure.

GoogleI went to the agency 2 weeks ago to find a property to rent, everything seemed good and they showed me a properly for which they quoted the wrong rent just ti get me to sign a contract. Later on once i came to know about the real rent. I decided to go with the rival agency who happened to be handling the same property. I finalised everything and then Chancellors threatened me and the landlord both and made him say no to rent the flat after I had given my current landlord a notice. So practically as i am typing this review I am going to be homeless in 4 weeks as I am going abroad in 1 week and dont have time to look for another property. When I get back will have to empty the house i am in. They are real bullies and will threaten anyone who would not do what they ask for. One word of advice, dont go to them. The quote wrong prices just to make you sign the contracts and there is a good chance you will be homeless like me if you let them show you houses.

Speedy and professional, took all the angst out of renting a new place. Once the local branch had done their job the South East property maintenance team take over on issues. I like this central department idea :)

Helped me sign on quickly and provided me with information quickly. However, they didn't check the property prior to me moving in and the bathroom has multiple issues and is almost useable leaving a smell throughout the apartment.

I have been looking for a house for 6 months in headington and it was getting very stressful because I have a dog and i know how difficult could be. But as soon as Amy contacted me and heard all my difficulties she helped straight away sending houses and organize viewing straight away!! again you have been brilliant!

GoogleI definitely do not recommend wasting your time here. Agents clearly do not follow the professional conducts and treat you extremely rude. Important details were hidden till very last minute. I would only recommend to avoid them at all cost.
