GoogleThey didn't help when needed. Wouldn't work with them ever again. They charge comission for nothing. The team has very bad communication, you arrange something with one of them and they call hundred of times asking the same thing...

The agency did not prepare the agent for the viewings. I was disappointed with how little information the agency gave the agent for the showings e.g. age of the building, ground rent, service charge.
