GoogleChancellors, and in particular Emrah Cetinkaya, have thusfar been extremely professional and easy to work with. Emrah in particular is personable, friendly and has listened carefully to my requirements and preferences. Viewing houses with him thusfar has been a real pleasure.

FacebookWaiting over a week for a viewing when I am a cash buyer is unacceptable. So is insisting on a BAFO on one house today and not enabling me to view the possible alternate. Staff have little or zero knowledge of the house you are viewing. All In All very very frustrating !!

I've know Lloyd for a while now, he's so lovely and has always kept in touch to see if I had any plans to sell, and even after 7 years he still remembers me! Got me a sale agreed in less than a month :) fingers crossed it all goes through!

We were new landlords and did not know what to expect of the market. We had tenants secured within 2 weeks of marketing the property and almost the whole process was smooth. Chancellors were professional and helpful in all our dealings with them and seem well set up to support us.

FacebookThey misplaced the keys we returned and now almost 2 weeks and still no check out inventory done. The owner has moved in and is living at the property... so any damage caused now will likely be blamed on us... no clue when/if my £2k deposit will be returned. No one ever calls you back. Would not recommend

GoogleWe did not achieve the rent that we were advised that we would achieve initially that was disappointing. However we did let our property in the end for a good price, and in particular Julian Dando provided excellent customer service.

GoogleHonestly, Chancellors Group of Estate Agents, what will it take? Make this property a liveable home! Shame on you. There's no reason roof leaks, mould and broken ovens and fridges should take so long to fix. If the landlord won't authorise, Ditch them. They're dragging you through the mud.

We are in constant communication with the tenant and are working with the landlord and the tenant in order to resolve any issues which we are made aware of. We are naturally disappointed that the tenant has chosen not to follow our company complaints procedure so we can investigate any issues with them directly that they feel we have not dealt with correctly.
