Good and efficient at clearly communicating where we were with the sale and the status of everything. Was also very pro-active as in Autumn I told the agent I was interested in listing the house in Spring and then in Spring Amy contacted me asking whether I was still interested in listing, which shows great initiative.

Great service so far in the setting up of my property for sale, Alex and Sophie have been very helpful. We just need to see how they roll with the selling side, but so far I am impressed Update, they rolled exceptionally well on the selling side, under offer in a tad under 48 hours.

GoogleSadly Chancellors, in particular Lorna, wasn't helpful at all. During the one year lease, the repairs were super delayed, hazardous things like mould was only removed with months delay and the overall service was extremely poor. I strongly recommend another office or other Management Company.

The team at Chancellors have done a cracking job at selling our home. They managed to sell it promptly and for the right price. They were flexible with their viewings and worked around our schedules. They waste my time , they took my details to arrange a viewing because they said we don't have a key now , i contacted them one day after and they said properties is gone . Thats sounds funny , they just want to get details from peoples and register them in system for future

Don't Believe and Trust Chancellors Aylesbury . They all give false information and lies to buyers . If you go with Chancellors Aylesbury you will loose lot of money. Never seen such a unprofessional agents in UK , they don't respond to mails and calls. Don't relay and trust the information by Chancellors Aylesbury.
