FacebookHorrendous experience in Wycombe. Especially during Covid but even before. The team are really unhelpful, do not listen, and even if you are entitled to help legally they delay it because they work for the landlord who tends to be a big company or corporation with no empathy. Honestly just avoid this company save yourself the grief.

I wish we had looked at this review before we had any dealings with them. Had a very similar experience in Leominster branch. Lettings manager lied to us on many an occasion & was totally unreliable

We lived in a spacious 2 bed apartment from August 2019 until April 2021. Great location for shops, restaurants, supermarket, station and motorway links.there is a well equipped gymnasium and secure cycle storage. The Conciege, Aleks, is terrific, very helpful whatever the question and super positive too, a great asset for the apartments.

Great service from Chancellors Aylesbury when trying to find a flat in the area. While I didn't decide to move to the area in the end, they did provide weekly updates through emails and voicemails of the properties they did have, keeping me up to date while other agents stayed very, very quiet.

Amy did a lovely job of selling our house within 6 days from entering the market for us, it's a shame that Chancellor's portal wasn't working so we couldn't see when our viewings where but Amy dropped us a message of when they where. Just hope that it all continues this smoothly
