Very poor at keeping the client informed and in no way proactive. Very good at trying to defend their many shortfalls. Overall do not use this company and go somewhere else - there are plenty of other property managers to use for renting your property(ies). Chancellors have been unable, unwilling or both to resolve the many issues.
