Very prompt response from the agent and was very pleased with the rapport that was initially established. However, after me following up on the day of the viewing to confirm as well as receiving a confirmation email for the viewing thereafter, the agent did not arrive for the appointment. Clearly communication skills need improvement or alternative ways of confirming viewings need to be made. Did not appreciate having my time wasted.

FacebookCasey Gramson (account manager) has always been very professional and performed tirelessly and diligently especially during a challenging time with a particularly tricky client. Her communication has been seamless, and she has followed through on all issues that were raised to completion, including ensuring all works were managed efficiently. She has been very consultative and highly reliable and assisted me with all enquires. Her detailed knowledge on all aspects (legal/contractors etc)has also been greatly appreciated. Highly recommended !

FacebookThis agencyin headington has been hassling me with calls for 4 months despite asking them on several occassion not to; i have never registered with them and they've obtained my details.I'm not selling a house and don't want to buy one. If i did i woud not go through them. Their tactics are appauling and if they are spending time calling likes of me then you could be wasting your fees. Have passed on complaints to leading authorties now also. Buy from elsewhere.

GoogleNever give them your phone number - they have been calling me for years to ask about renting out my Oxford flat, despite me telling them repeatedly that I went with another agent and asking them to stop phoning. Edit - and then I get another spam call just a day after their response to this review saying they would fix this.

It was a mixed experience with Chancellors. The first person we were assigned in their central sales team (following accepting an offer on our house) was uncommunicative. Then he left without telling us, and no-one got in touch to let us know. This was disappointing. However, Taryn Charles took over, and, despite being very busy, she always responded to our calls/emails, and did her best to help the process along.
