It was the first time ever in my life to rent a property and I was very confused and nerves to find a right estate agent. Luckily found Megan at Chancellors, who showed me a nice property at a very good rental price. She was very professional and friendly. I’m pleased to have been served by Chancellors. Hopefully will seek their service in future as well if needed.

GoogleJulian Dando and the team were very helpful during the letting process, the property we ended up choosing was based on his recommendation after I'd specified our requirements. I was given all the necessary information promptly and any queries were answered in a reasonable time period. Definitely superior to other agents I've dealt with in the past.

While I have now had an offer accepted via a different agency, I would definitely use Chancellors in the future to sell a property. It’s not our first time using Chancellors, in fact the third time. It’s the case of sticking with someone who gives the right advice and also backs it up with results. In these difficult times when viewings were possibly a health risk, they carried on and delivered a difficult yet successful sale. I would highly recommend their persistence and the care of their client always took precedence.
