GoogleWARNING, these people can not be trusted , we were told no credit checks will be carried out by an agent in the flesh and again on the web chat but now they are trying to steal almost £400 from me! Opening a complaint with PRS as one has to wonder how many other people have they stolen or attempted to steal from? Case ongoing and will update but approach at your own peril

GoogleBenjamin has helped us find a great house, but due to external circumstances relating to the landlord, we couldn't take the house anymore. I just want to thank Benjamin for his great work in sorting out everything very fairly and quickly - without any hassle! I highly recommend him and would definitely look for him next time i move.

GoogleI did not end up renting a property via Chancellors, but I was pleased with their service. Lettings negotiator Emma Shayler was punctual and friendly and replied to my queries in a timely manner. The local property market can be something of a feeding frenzy, so it is good to find professional service in navigating such turbid waters.

On this occasion we were unsuccessful in our attempt at buying a home. The process was well managed by Chancellors in a courteous and professional manner. Unusually, our conversations were enjoyable and focused on our needs. Not all deals and offers will be successful, but my wife and I felt that they were acting ethically and honestly at all times.
