Never ever sign any contract with this company! I did it and tried to cancel it and couldn’t. The service wasn’t provided but they requested money on invoice and when I didn’t pay they put it via quick commercial court and beilifs. I am very angry and stressed and need to spend money on court process and clean my name as it’s CCJ.., please be careful and don’t deal with this company 🙏… I have so much stress and money loss only because signed contract in a rush. ( after one week I try to cancel it)

A few years ago, I posted this review: "Ciara was so so helpful and totally understanding when we were struggling with the house-buying process. She went out of her way to get answers to our questions and make sure we had everything we needed. Thanks!" Unfortunately, this year we have had the worst time with Chancellors. They have repeatedly badgered us to do business with them, despite repeated requests to leave us alone. They shared our contact details among several different offices, but failed to let them know we wanted removing from their contact lists when we said so.

I would like to thank the team at Chancellors for their fantastic support selling my property in Littlemore, I can't recommend them enough. From Ella's well timed check-in call in March when I was toying with the idea of selling, to Alex's valuation, getting it on the market and completing the sale in 2 months, the whole process has been a whirlwind and they've been there to talk me through every step. They had a good pipeline of potential buyers lined up before the house even went online, and the speed of my sale shows how good they are connecting the right buyers to the right house. I was super worried due to the complexities of viewing during covid and house cats but Ella was fab, she put my mind at ease and was really respectful on visits. That coupled with her excellent customer service, she's a real asset to Chancellors. Alex was more than fab too. We then had Eleanor Jones as our main contact during the selling process and cannot praise her enough for her professional and honest attitude during the whole process. We were communicated to on every aspect and if Eleanor was unavailable she would ensure Jame's or George kept us up to date.
