FacebookBen Robertson was the only estate agent that we came across that explained everything we needed to know about renting our first property. As my husband was from Bali I was concerned that It would affect our renting prospects.. Other estate agents Haven’t been very helpful compared to Ben. GoogleI phoned them this morning to ask a question regarding to a property me and my house mates were interested in renting for the next academic year, and quite honestly I don’t think I’ve ever spoken to such rude people in my life. The man and woman who spoke to me were so arrogant and nasty that honestly even if me and my friends find the most amazing house with this estate agency we will not go for it as I don’t think such rude people deserve the commission from the property’s we choose to live in and I honestly don’t think anyone should have to deal with such horrible people for there homes. I wouldn’t even give one stars if I had the option to !!!

GoogleIf you can avoid renting through Chancellors, do it. We had a terrible experience, negligent staff who made severe mistakes in our admin, causing our move to be postponed by 6 weeks the night before the actual moving day with zero compensation. We were regularly lied to about the landlord’s actions (we later found out in direct contact) and they tried to keep our deposit for damages to items that didn’t exist (we won this fight after a dispute). Chancellors drove us close to a nervous breakdown and I do not recommend working with them.

GoogleI felt very supported by the staff especially Owen Robinson. I am a single person, not experienced in this market, but always felt the staff were curtious and polite and very hardworking. Owen was very friendly and supportive and always got back to me in times of stress. My only critizism is that I felt at times the separate conveyancing team were not always up to date with actions. Apart from that I wish Owen all the best for a wonderful furture, I am sure he will go far.

To be hones, without your hands on approach, we would still be dealing with "Solicitors' queries". You were always there to resolve any situation during this period and made this a smooth ride. GoogleI dealt with Owen Robinson at the chancellors east Oxford branch this year whilst searching for a property in cowley and the service received was exceptional! I was always kept up to date with any information I needed (which on Owens part) was often above and beyond the call of duty. The rest of the team were also very helpful in any queries I raised even if the right person was not in the office. Great service would highly recommend the whole team!

GoogleOwen Robinson was absolutely fantastic throughout the process of purchasing my new home. He was available and flexible in accommodating my viewing requests. I didn't ever feel rushed during my viewings and I appreciated that he always responded to any questions or emails promptly. Owen guided me gently through the process without me ever feeling under pressure or stressed by it all. This was purely down to Owen's supportive, personal and professional manner. I would thoroughly recommend Owen whether buring or selling a property.
