Had a really lovely experience today viewing two flats. Louise was friendly, kind and answered all of the questions that we had. Really nice to be greeted by someone so lovely. She also suggested other flats which she has sent over straight away which is great - really helpful!

Sally is the only person worth talking to

Sally is the only person at Chancellor’s that’s any good and only person I’d deal with in the future. The rest of the team are absolutely atrocious. I don’t usually leave reviews but Chancellor’s have reached a new low this time. They pressurise you into viewing places, and customer service is horrible. They phoned me to book in a viewing for a place I hadn’t even seen online at the last minute, didn’t send the address or give any details and when I phoned ahead of the viewing to get the address the guy on the phone was so rude and condescending acting like it’s my fault that I didn’t have the details of the place, what would you expect if no one tells me anything at all about the property and I’m left guessing online as to what it could possibly be. Safe to say that from now on unless it’s Sally phoning I’m not speaking to them

I do have problems receiving my rental payments on time from one tenant. My account manager is called Emelia. Emelia is polite and methodical in her approach. She is able to give suggestions and possible solutions. She ensures the correct notices are give that protect me. She is prompt in her response and keeps me updated.
