We dealt with Richard from our viewing to having our offer accepted and he was great. He was really knowledgeable which was handy for us as first time buyers. At our first viewing he gave us some good advice and spent time with us giving us some general tips and information on buying a house.

Avoid Chancellor’s at all cost if you are looking to rent a place. I’ve rented in the UK for 10 years and never have I seen a worse agency. They will take for ever to respond to any request and then will make some stupid response on a Friday evening. Don’t expect them to deal with anything urgent, or to be reasonable. I’m three weeks into a long-term contract and regretting it already. My flat is nice, but this agency is just a big scam. I just wish I had listened to all the people that said they were the worst before I rented.
