I rented an apartment with them as leasing agents in 2019. They were nice and responsive at first but then as soon as the contract was signed and you are locked in their attitude changed completely. Especially during the move out stage, the agent (Helen or whatever her name was, the 20 something year old girl with heavy makeup) I was dealing with was extremely rude, both in email and in person. The majority of the 5-star reviews on this page are fake and sent from fake google accounts with 1-2 reviews each, each spaced out a bit to look "real" (come on guys you can try harder than that). They can't even put effort into making their fake reviews look legitimate (as easy as it is), so that should be a warning sign already for whoever is reading this.
