GoogleEllanor Jones at Chancellors Oxford has been brilliant while we were trying to buy a house. She was so efficient, helpful and responsive whenever we needed her. Despite the difficult covid19 situation, Ellanor did her very best to organise the home viewings for us, even on the same day of our enquiry. GoogleThe estate agent did a great job in finding a place for us twice now. The first time we lived in a landlord-managed place, our new place is managed by Chancellors. After moving in, the Chancellors property managers are failing to address defects in the house in a timely manner. We've notified them of defects over 4 months ago, quotation were booked in the week after. After that they haven't given any clarity on whether or not they are going to act on the quotations and they reply to e-mails in an evading manner.

GoogleI would give them 0 stars if I could. I use their property management service and they are the worst! Don’t attend to issues till last minute which means we have to pay a huge premium to get things done fast. They never answer to calls and are totally indifferent towards the landlord and tenants alike. No one has bothered to form a relationship which just makes me feel unvalued as a client. Also, the accounting is not transparent. Every month I see a major cut in my rental income. Do not use chancellors!

FacebookBrilliant service across the board. In particular Rachel Axton at Thameside has been more than helpful on a number of occasions and I cannot compliment her work ethic enough. She does indeed go the extra mile to make sure the job is done. In my own experience, things are nearly never straightforward, however Rachel has always made sure that everything is organised and try her very best to make sure the outcome suits everyone.

Zoe Strange is incredible. Our tenant was experiencing payment challenges (as many of us are during Covid-19 times) and not being the most transparent about the late annual rental. Zoe smoothly and efficiently managed to iron out all creases in the dialogue between all parties: creating a win-win solution for everyone. I can't recommend Zoe and the Chancellors team highly enough. They truly do care.
