GoogleI don't know if this is the worst agency ever or is just the Oxford team. It's the second time when we try to see a property and every time we had to call them 3 times so they would send us the address. First time I was rational , saying maybe they are busy. But it happened again after a while, and after calling them twice and still no answer I decided that they worth the bother. So I definitely won't recommend this agency to anyone.

GoogleI rented with many different letting agencies in the past and this one is by far the best agency I dealt with. Sulayman was professional, responsive and really helpful. I cannot thank him enough for his time and effort. I have recommended this agency to a number of my friends already.

GoogleI used to rent out a property through Allen & Harris but due to my daughter now living in the property Allen & Harris's services were no longer required, almost a year later i started to receive debt collection letters from an energy company that the previous tenant had a contract with so i spoke with Sulayman at Allen & Harris who went out of his way to help with a very stressful and complicated situation even though we no longer use there service. Thank you for all of your help.
