Stuart found us an excellent tenant on the first day of listing. He knows the market and presented every need. He understood what we wanted which wasn't to simply maximise rental income. We had other agents come round to offer their "unique" services but all we really needed was the personal service that Stuart and his team offer, at a very fair price. As a first-time buyer in the UK, I had very little knowledge about the mortgage process and felt overwhelmed at times. But I consider myself incredibly lucky to have met Michelle. She was not only professional and knowledgeable but also extremely warm, patient and direct in her communication, which helped me understand everything clearly, step by step. What really stood out was her responsiveness: even outside of working hours, when I felt anxious or confused, she would reply quickly and reassure me, always making sure I felt supported.
