Coming from abroad, he provided invaluable support, guiding us through every step of the process to become tenants in the UK. Always available, warm, and accommodating, we know exactly who we’ll turn to if we ever need to return to the property market. Note for improvement: The Keysafe referencing platform was excessively intrusive (even contacting my previous employers abroad) and lacked transparency in its processes. It was also not very open to discussion, which made he experience less pleasant and quite stressful.

Allen & Harris recently sold my first home. From Nick's first visit for the valuation, to the coordination of viewings, through to Kelly's monitoring the progress of the sale, it has all been first rate. Everyone in the office is friendly and supportive. Nick talked me through his strategy for selling my home, and also understood that it was more than just a building to me. Kelly knew the area well and together (along with Dylan & Halah) they make a formidable team! With this being my first home I was quite nervous about the process, but the kindness of everyone at Allen & Harris really made it such a painless experience, and I highly recommend them! Not only to they know their business (and do it well!). but they are thoughtful and communicative. I'd use them again in a heartbeat!
