Sarah Robinson was very quick when we requested a plumber to fix our boiler, she understood that we have 14 month old child in the house and going without hot water and heating was not ideal for a child. I like to thank Sarah for her quick response and empathy for our situation.

GoogleWe had the pleasure of working with Mr. Stuart Stedman from Allen & Harris, and we cannot recommend him enough. Coming from abroad, he provided invaluable support, guiding us through every step of the process to become tenants in the UK. Always available, warm, and accommodating, we know exactly who we’ll turn to if we ever need to return to the property market. Note for improvement: The Keysafe referencing platform was excessively intrusive (even contacting my previous employers abroad) and lacked transparency in its processes. It was also not very open to discussion, which made he experience less pleasant and quite stressful.
