Stuart found us an excellent tenant on the first day of listing. He knows the market and presented every need. He understood what we wanted which wasn't to simply maximise rental income. As a first-time buyer in the UK, I had very little knowledge about the mortgage process and felt overwhelmed at times. But I consider myself incredibly lucky to have met Michelle. She was not only professional and knowledgeable but also extremely warm, patient and direct in her communication, which helped me understand everything clearly, step by step. What really stood out was her responsiveness: even outside of working hours, when I felt anxious or confused, she would reply quickly and reassure me, always making sure I felt supported.
