Sheer professionalism in promoting my home for sale

I have recently put up my house for sale with Hardisty and Co and could not be more pleased with the level of service that I have received. Holly the photographer was extremely competent and took some wonderful photos of the property and nothing was too much for her to get the shots just right. She went above and beyond in getting the photos processed and edited within 12 hours. A big shout out to Mollie the senior property administrator at Hardisty (and all of the other staff I have dealt with in getting the property on the market) for keeping me informed and arranging details and the listings. I was super impressed with the level of professionalism in promoting the property and making the process seamless for myself. I got five enquiries for viewings within hours of the property listing online - bravo Hardisty.

A million stars!

Hardisty were brilliant with us from the initial evaluation right through to completion. I had dealt with them previously as a first time buyer so already had some confidence that the service would be good. Danny did our initial evaluation and was really helpful with explaining the sales process to us. The turnaround for then getting the pictures taken and putting the house on the market was so quick.Inez, our sales progressor, was exceptional. Moving home on the whole is stressful and I honestly can't say enough about how much she helped us through the process. She really helped to ensure things ran smoothly and handled the whole situation with a great deal of empathy and professionalism. Her updates were consistent and regular. She gave clear, concise comms throughout, both via telephone and email. I knew I could trust her to articulate any feedback/updates in the appropriate way. We had numerous setbacks with our original onwards purchase, but Inez went above and beyond to get us the information and clarity we needed - this then enabled us to make a difficult decision to pull out of the chain. She managed the expectations of our buyer really well throughout this, and now ultimately we are happy in our new home! Thank you so much!

We had great service from Hardisty and Roxy in particular when purchasing our house. Roxy went above and beyond what she needed to do in keeping us informed often contacting us with updates without us having even to ask, responding to emails from ourselves promptly, often within a couple of hours and chasing solicitors etc on our behalf. A brochure was produced and went live on the website two weeks ago, this produced many viewings. The whole team at Hardisty have been amazing in helping us sell our property. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell their property. After valuation, they photographed our property, made it look great, and got it on the market super quickly. Joe is fantastic

Joe was assigned my sale and I really felt like he worked hard to get the sale through. I had a difficult sale with the house being quite niche - a one bed cottage, and needing a quick sale due to moving for work / a new relationship. I found the whole sale and dealings…

I found the whole sale and dealings with Hardisty frustrating and unnecessarily difficult. Rebecca was supposed to be our contact, however throughout the whole sale, which took far longer than it should, was always “on the phone”, unavailable or out for lunch, but she would ring me back. She never rang me back. Therefore dealt with other staff, who didn’t know what was going on and seemed reluctant/incapable of challenging the vendor and their solicitors who were holding up the sale. This caused a considerable delay. I would not recommended Hardisty to any friends or family and would certainly not use them myself.
