Good communication throughout and friendly service. Chloe Harrison dealt with our sale and kept me updated as I was acting on behalf of my Dad who had moved into a care home. They understood the difficulties my father had letting go of a house he had owned for 50 years and acted according to our wishes at all times while giving good advice.

All the team have been professional and supportive throughout the process. Roxi who has been our main contact has gone above and beyond to ensure the sale went through, to keep us up to date. We have had challenges and delays with the conveyancing on both sides and she has been patient, determined and tenacious ensuring updates and actions are followed through - she was absolutely excellent !!

The team have always been happy to answer questions and calls and have been supportive in trying to help us with our onward purchase (even when properties we’ve liked haven’t been marketed with Hardisty). Katerina Chvapil was lovely when I first got the flat valued and explained the selling process very well. Mollie Waud was great and easy to speak to when getting all the documents signed. Recently, we put our house up for sale with Hardisty after falling in love with a property we had viewed, also up with them. Joe made a conscious effort to help us with the process and was amazing - managing to sell our house just 10 days after being listed! He went above and beyond to get the sale, always keeping us informed and being on the other end of the phone if we ever needed to ask any questions. He used a group chat to keep both myself and my partner in the loop, making communication easy and instant. He also visited our property after his working hours to film a video tour to try and help boost interest. We are now on our journey to completing on our dream home and we couldn’t be more grateful.Thank you Joe and the team at Hardisty for everything you have done.
