After a few hiccups at the beginning where we felt we weren't kept informed the process settled well and I would recommend Hardisty to anyone.
The valuation visit and the photographer's visit were both professionally handled with friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I had my property for sale with Hardisty & Co for about 1 year and the Flat was sold STC. The team worked hard to find a prospective purchaser and found one - keeping me informed all the way. All the details I required. The property did not sell in the end but this was absolutely no fault of this firm. There were unusual factors that led to the failure of the sale. There were indeed some difficult moments and Hardisty & Co, the staff, stuck by me and positively made an effort to make things happen. In particular, Lehila Owen was great. I shall not forget how she stuck by me, assisted me, and made helpful suggestions. Who knows what the future holds. But I would not hesitate to return to them.

I recently bought a home with Hardisty that was a very complicated chain. The sellers were (and have continued to be post-sale) awkward, solicitors and estate agents up and down the chain were also awkward. The one person who truly stood out to me during this process was Lehila from Hardisty. Whilst her job really was to represent the sellers, she would always be the one I would turn to for advice or support over my own estate agent and would always have the most up-to-date information. She kept me in the loop regularly with updates and ensured that things kept moving within the chain. She was always warm, friendly and professional, even in the face of some very confrontational and even aggressive people. I am very grateful for all Lehila's help and support during this process.
