All of the staff were friendly, productive at getting me the information I needed from the vendor, going above and beyond at making sure details about my purchase were there to ensure the sale went through as swiftly as possible! What can you say about your move Oswestry branch, Steve Humphreys the branch manager helped us so much we can’t thank him and his colleagues enough. He came to our house in a relaxed atmosphere he explained everything that we needed to know as we had never moved, as we had been in our house for 38 years so it was a bit daunting We never felt pressured from day one, the whole buying and selling procedure was professional explained. I was a first time buyer and didn't specifically look for your move themselves for my first home but that was the agent responsible for the house I ultimately bought. I found the staff to be extremely helpful and professional throughout. No matter who I dealt with they always made sure I got a call back. Answered any query I had. They also offered all other services which I wasn't aware they provided. Insurance and financial guidance. I'm giving a 4 out of 5 as I have only used them in a purchase of a home not for selling a property. But would recommend anybody to go and have a meeting with them.PositiveProfessionalism

In the past 2 years i have sold 2 houses and bought a 3rd in the Oswestry area. When i decided on the course of action i invited three Estate Agents to value the properties. I can only describe Mr Humphrey's professionalism as outstanding. He spent nearly two hours discussing every aspect of the sales and answered every question to my satisfaction . A dramatic contrast to the other parties. Furthermore, throughout the whole exercise up until completion his attitude was at all timed helpful and his support wad excellent. In fact nothing was too much trouble for him. I know that Estate Agents are often subject to criticism but on this occasion this gentleman has been an excellent ambassador for his profession. I should also add that the standard of service by all Your Move Oswestry personnel was of a very high standard.

We just sold our house with Your Move Oswestry. We found Steve, Debbie and the whole team to be very professional, responsive, and with a lovely manner of conducting themselves. Their selling approach was apt and balanced, paying close attention to details. We found the team friendly and reliable and when we needed any information re progress with the move, a stressful time in anyone's life, they were always there to keep us abreast of things. We would definitely use them again. Seeing as they also sold us the house we are in now, which we love we hope that won't be soon though!
