Stephen the manager is also excellent with his customer service, sets expectation well and again keeps you informed. I do feel the rental application process is elongated and does seem to drag on and on. However, at local branch level Beth and Stephen provide a good service. Many thanks.

Sadly after lockdown the sale fell through, but YM were quick to find another purchaser and assisted in a successful sale for big parties. Would I use YM again?
