I can't speak highly enough of the team at YourMove Oswestry, and of Rebekah Druce in particular. Firstly, Rebekah showed great initiative and local market knowledge by identifying a house which wasn't even on the market at the time as a potential suitable destination for the sellers of the property into which we were keen to move. This worked perfectly for everyone, and enabled the chain to be built. The chain was long and quite complex, but Rebekah's strong communication skills and navigation of the various challenges, including progressing other issues occurring in the chain beyond the property into which we were moving, was first class, and enabled successful completion on time for 5 sets of buyers/sellers. Fantastic service, and thank you Rebekah!

I cannot recommend Sam and the team at Your Move Oswestry highly enough. Sam has been dealing with the sale of my son Ollie's property since March 2025, and what should have been a straightforward sale turned into an incredibly complicated and stressful process. He found a buyer within just a few weeks, but unfortunately numerous legal issues then came to light between the solicitors and the developers who originally built the property. It transpired that contracts hadn't been dealt with correctly when my son purchased the house a few years ago, and there were also errors with the deeds and Land Registry documentation. Despite what must have been one of the longest and most challenging sales they've ever handled, Sam somehow managed to keep the buyer on board for around 15 months from the original offer. That in itself is an incredible achievement. Throughout the entire process, Sam went above and beyond. He kept the buyer regularly updated, was constantly chasing solicitors, liaising with the developers and doing everything he possibly could to help resolve the endless issues. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he never gave up, even when it must have felt like there was no end in sight. A huge thank you also to Steve, who supported both my son and me throughout the process. Between them, they provided reassurance, guidance and determination every step of the way. Thankfully, the sale has now finally completed, and we couldn't be more grateful. It has been an incredibly stressful experience for everyone involved, but without Sam's persistence, professionalism and sheer determination, I honestly don't think it would have reached the finish line. If you're looking for estate agents who genuinely care, work tirelessly for their clients and never give up, I would wholeheartedly recommend Your Move Oswestry. Sam and Steve are an absolute credit to the company. Thank you both so much for everything you've done, you truly went above and beyond.

We decided to sell our house with YourMove not just because of their national profile but because of local recommendations and they did not disappoint! From the moment our home was evaluated by Steve the manager we felt confident that we had picked the right estate agent. The sale of our home was handled predominantly by Debbie however a special thanks need to go to Sam and Rebekah who were always on the end of the phone to answer any questions and provide support. Debbie was a pleasure to work with, she was a proactive communicator who ensured that we and our buyer were kept informed of the sale process at all times. She clearly possessed a significant amount of market expertise which was evident in her handling of our sale, she delivered what I can only describe as a very personalised service as we had a chain!! Throughout the process she displayed diligence and tenacity, as we had numerous issues with the ongoing chain and some issues with our conveyancer which she navigated on our behalf (irrespective of us buying with another agent!). From the first phone call Sam gently encouraged us to view the property as early as possible knowing that it would be quickly off the market without making us feel any pressure. Sam stayed on top of everything with us throughout the whole process, offering support, guidance and so much kindness on both a personal and professional front. He was happy to help with any and every problem we had offering us to pop in when we needed, even just for printing paperwork and kept us up to date with everything with phone calls so we felt in the loop even when we felt we were in over our heads as it was our first house buying experience.
