Selling our very unique family home of 38 years was an incredibly daunting task. I was extremely impressed with Steve who came to view the property. He immediately understood the ‘bones’ of the house and was able to advise on best method of sale and set realistic expectations. He has incredible knowledge of the area, and the local housing market. Where do I start from the very beginning of starting the house sale Steve came round to value my property he was very informative, thorough and spent time going through everything and explaining the next steps. Sam, Rebekah and Debbie were very quick contacting me of house viewings and getting them booked in and in a timely manner and then updating me with the feedback from when they had been showed around by Charlie. Once the offer was accepted Sam did a wonderful job in keeping me updated from solicitors and the buyers of the property. He made a stressfull time alot easier and gave me the reassurance that everything was in hand when it wasn't easy at times. All the staff at Your Move in Oswestry were amazing, so efficient & friendly. Three years after my husband died I decided that a large house at the top of a hill too much for me to manage on my own. Steven came out to value it he property & it went on sale in April 2022. Sale was agreed within 2 weeks and the process began. Unfortunately the purchasers pulled out in August & it went back on the market. Again sale was agreed very quickly. Unfortunately there was a chain with the end of the chain prevaricating & putting off signing the contract several times. I was so worried that the sale was going to fall through again. Debbie was amazing & kept chasing up solicitors to keep me informed of what was happening She was so cheerful & optimistic & kept my spirits up in what was a very stressful time.
