GoogleIf you want good old fashioned personal service, if you want to speak to someone who knows who you are, why you're phoning, knows the history without having to explain it all again, Your Move are the ones for you. Kind, friendly, professional, efficient, a pleasure to speak to and great people to have on your side. They helped me sell my house, it was a complicated transaction, but they made it easy. Thank you to Debbie, Steve, Becky and Jack (and anyone whose names I don't know).

He went above and beyond to help us with all our enquiries and hurdles along the way. His communication was brilliant always replying within hours of an email or phone call. He is a polite, knowledgeable gentleman and we had complete trust in his ability to assist us for the duration of the sale. I would like to say that every member of Your Move Oswestry that we had contact with were all excellent. Googleeven though your move was not my estate agent Rebekah felt sorry for me as my estate agent based in Bournemouth was very bad and had let me down,she stepped in and gave every assistance she could and i can honestly say if it wasnt for her the sale would not have gone through.She is extremely kind hearted and very professional.i would reccommend using your move just because Rebekah works there.i must add that the others who work there are also very good.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAbsolutely awful experience. Complete lack of ethics and honesty. We offered on a house, YourMove explain seller already has a sale to a buyer who has messed them around, and wants us essentially to race them to completion. We decline and increase our offer for exclusive sale, offer accepted. We find out over 4months into the sale, after spending thousands on legal fees and specialist surveys, that they are withdrawing from our sale. In short they never withdrew from sale to the previous buyer despite the express promises from YourMove that they would not do this. Obviously YourMove are acting surprised the sellers decided to do this. Do not trust them, complete lack of integrity. Basically don’t care if they ruin your life as long as they get their fee. If I could rate them 0/5 I would. Complaint will be incoming via the formal channels.
Hello Lori. I am incredibly sorry for the experience you have had but I want to reitereate what my Assistant Manager advised you yesterday, that we had no involvement with the seller deciding to continue with the original buyer and withdraw the contract from you. I can assure you that, as far as we were concerned, the seller was proceeding with the sale to yourselves and this was confirmed by the sellers solicitor, who advised us yesterday that they were also unaware of the sellers decision. We have been updating the seller that your sale and purchase were proceeding well and that we had no concerns and have notes on our file from the sellers confiming that they are committed to you as buyers. The news from the sellers solicitor yesterday was the first that we had heard and we advised you immediately. We completely understand your frustration and anger but we have not misled you at any stage during the process. I have managed the office for 30 years and, as hopefully can be seen in previous Google reviews, have always tried to run the office honestly and with integrity. He was very open, honest and realistic and continued to explain things as we went along. He arranged the house prospectus photographer and for the energy certificate to be provided for our property. Steve and his team advertised our house for sale, arranged the viewing appointments which they supervised and kept us informed to ensure these were convenient. They promptly informed us of offers on our property and expertly negotiated between the prospective buyers and ourselves. When the first sale fell through due to the unforeseen circumstances, Your Move were proactive in re-advertising our property and quickly obtained more offers. The professional photography made our house look its absolute best and it was on the market quickly. GoogleWe thought about selling our house towards the end of Sept 2020 and the initial enquiry was via the office. Steve came out to see us and remembered selling us the property in 2002 ! From then on the support, advice and helpfulness of the team, especially Bekah and Beth (who both deserve a medal for taking some of my calls !) has been above and beyond expectation. Most especially when dealing with the solicitors. IF I ever think about moving again, I would certainly recommend Oswestry your move and the wonderful team there. Very best regards Stuart

GoogleYour Move Oswestry helped me to buy, rent and sell a property over a number of years. Throughout the whole process they were excellent. Steve offered genuine advice during the buying and initial rental phase with honest and genuine feedback. When I came to sell the property Debbie was knowledgeable and hardworking demonstrating a excellent understanding of the market nuances. She found me a seller quickly and efficiently. All in all an excellent experience across all phases my property ownership. Should I ever find myself buying, selling or renting in the area again I would most certainly use Your Move Oswestry.

GoogleWe cannot praise Steve, Debbie and the team at Yourmove in Oswestry highly enough. Through the emotional ups and downs that we experienced they remained professional, supportive and understanding. Steve and Debbie, who handled our sale and guided us through our purchase were brilliant and nothing was considered too much trouble. Having said that, each and every member of the team knew our case and was able to answer our questions and soothe our worries. Although we hope to never have to move again now that we have found our dream home, if we ever find ourselves having to we would not hesitate to ask for their support and expertise again.

GoogleSteve came to see us when we asked Your Move to sell our house and provided all the advice and information we needed with no pressure and then the process followed smoothly. Very good photographer took the time to photograph the house at its best. Beth kept in regular contact from start to finish to arrange viewings and then with updates when Your Move found a buyer, and through to completion . Hoping to never have to move again! But will definitely ask Your Move if we do.
