GoogleThey are the best estate agents I have dealt with. I have bought via Halls and sold 3 houses via Halls in Oswestry. What is so important is a) do you follow up and b) when you get to the end game negotiation they are on top of it. Cannot fault them, all credit to the team. They sold Smithy 290K Stonehouse 750K and now Bostock 950K, (and they are reasonable, but if they were the same price as S&P I would still use them).PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Will not return calls , cancelled a viewing on property as went under offer even though viewing arranged one day before, thought booked viewings were to be completed before submitting offers, disgusting way to treat potential purchasers, will not look at any property with them its a waste of time

Most importantly they are extremely good at communicating with clients - I have never had to chase, in fact they are more likely to chase me up - which is what you need. Highly recommend.

GoogleIt's a Estate agents. Very clean and tidy inside, well organised, good display of property's in the window and the staff are very polite and helpfull. No parking here , but there is an Iceland car park over the road for £1 an hour.
