Thank you to Suzanne and Donna for their excellent service. Between our solicitor, the buyers solicitor and the letting agency, this was a long and extremely frustrating process but, both Suzanne and Donna constantly chased this up and gave me regular updates. This could have been much more stressful if they weren’t, ‘on it’ . I would definitely use Kendall’s Estate Agents again.

Karen Marijewko helped us sell a house and was extremely helpful throughout. A few teething issues were responded to quickly, with the outcome communicated to us. I needed to deal with the Sale of my elderly Aunts property following her move into a Care Home.I cannot thank Karen Marijewko enough for the way she handled what turned out to be a time consuming and at times frustrating journey. We used Kendalls for the sale of our property. Initially, we were highly delighted as we received an offer on our house on the first viewing, only 3 days after it hit the market. For this, I would give 5 stars. Unfortunately, we had feedback from our buyers about the guy who showed them around our house and it was less than satisfactory. Our buyers said the guy knew absolutely nothing about the house and couldn't answer any of their questions, not even offering to find out for them. The buyers said "it's a good job your house sold itself as the guy was useless" This was a shock to us as we were assured the viewings would be carried out by a member of staff who had all the information we had given to Kendalls available to him. On a positive note, I believe the sheer volume of marketing that Kendalls put out will sell your house. We were in a short chain of 3 and the process from offer to completion took 3 months. I can't comment on the office staff or our account manager as I only had one phone call to discuss the offer. All other communication was done through my solicitor.

Worked with Donna and Susanne from Ossett branch from May to October and they were excellent. I was quite nervous as a first time buyer but they were great at answering all my questions. They kept me well informed of any progress and took it upon themselves to mediate between the solicitors, when they were not responding to queries. They always followed through on everything, even if it was just to say 'hi we haven't had a response to this yet, so we will try again tomorrow'. Cant fault them at all, thank you both so much

I let my property out through Richard Kendall with Kelly as my main point of contact. This was the first property I had let out so needed everything explaining from scratch which Kelly was happy to do. Kelly was thorough and friendly throughout the entirety of the process.
