Joanne and Liz handled the sale of my late father's bungalow. My wife and I had not been involved in the sale of a property for many years and the guidance and personal service provided by Joanne and Liz was first class and their expert advice at every stage of the process helped to secure a sale. They kept us well informed of progress on a regular basis and were readily available to us by phone to answer any queries we had.They kept in close contact with our buyers throughout. We would definitely recommend Kendalls and will be using them again.

We have just completed on my late mother's house and must say the whole process was handled with professionalism and compassion. David the valuer gave excellent advice and Karen Marijewko was extremely helpful in conducting the sale of the house and took care of all aspects of the sale in a professional, courtious and friendly manner the whole process was concluded in 8 weeks, excellent. Have used Richard Kendall's in the past and would certainly use them in the future.

Richard Kendal in Ossett have made a very difficult house sale and purchase bearable. Both Lucy and Mandy have been in constant contact and available whenever I needed them. This was my local branch and I certainly feel like I have been given the personal touch and felt like they actually care. We used Richard Kendall in Pontefract for our recent house sale. This is the second time we’ve used them and each time they’ve been great, but in particular Sophie was brilliant. We had to sell our property in Ossett while living in a different part of the country with all the problems that entails but the task was made easier for us because of Mandy Bennett of the Ossett office.Whatever problem we had Mandy rose to occasion and sorted it out without any fuss. We couldn't have asked for a more capable person to organize the selling of our house. We needed someone to maintain the garden, she found someone for us. As the house was empty we needed someone to check the house and heating on a regular basis, she organized that for us. Nothing was above or beyond the call of duty, she even liaised with the buyers on our behalf as we weren't around.She was always professional as well as being lighthearted and humorous and was a delight to talk to.Thank you Mandy.p.s.
