GoogleWhat a fantastic company. Professional and sold my property quickly, I wasted 18 months with other agents who put no real effort into selling my property and then JDM got it sold within weeks. They were realistic with what pricing to expect , took very good photos and were brilliant on the viewings. Their prices were extremely reasonable and the service was excellent from start to finish. GoogleI recently sold my property through jdm estate agents and I must say that the level of service throughout the process was first class. From the initial valuation, viewings, negotiations and finally through to the sale completion I was always kept fully informed and a member of the office was always on hand to help. The staff are friendly and professional and helped make what is usually quite a stressful process that little bit easier. I would definitely recommend.

GoogleDisrespectful and unprofessional. Cancelled a viewing with 45 mins notice, without even flinch I, while I was en route with pregnant wife and 8 month old baby, having taken a morning off of work. Claimed they couldn’t have possibly let me know sooner. If you believe that then you aren’t trying hard enough as it isn’t acceptable to cancel something planned in and agreed at such short notice.

GoogleFirst viewing, clients and Agent never turned up. Agency knew about the cancellation but failed to tell tenant's. When checking with Agency after waiting 20 minutes was told by JDM Sales person "Oh it's not my property, it's been cancelled" Thanks!!🤔 …

As I explained on the phone at the moment employing our COVID secure protocols we do sometimes have to cancel appointments at the last minute but I do apologise that on this occasion we did not notify you of the cancellation. GoogleGreat customer service, professional and proactive in completing the sale before the end of the stamp duty holiday. I was very disappointed with other estate agents in the area, JDM was far superior to the rest. They were happy to answer any questions during the sale. Very prompt communication. The whole team were absolutely fantastic. Will definitely use JDM for future sales.

GoogleTerrible agency! Would not recommend!! They cancelled a viewing my daughter had 5 mins before it was due to start, after she had taken the day off work to visit the place. The staff are all rude and very patronising, especially the management!

Mr Welsh, following your recent review we have looked into your comments about our Lettings business. It appears we arranged for your daughter to view one of our properties and unfortunately shortly before your daughter was due to meet us at the viewing the existing tenants living in the property asked us not to carry out the viewing and we notified your daughter immediately. In this instance the reason for cancellation was out of our control and we did our best to rectify the matter quickly and we did manage to convince the existing tenants to allow us access and got your daughter in to view the property just a few hours later. jdm partners and directors take such matters very seriously and pride ourselves on our customer care and we can only apologise for any inconvenience caused.
