Thank Trish you are a star!!! I would definitely recommend JDM Estate Agents as the whole experience with buying one of their properties has been very easy as we all know buying a new home is very Stressful!

Google⭐️ JDM in Pettswood sold our much loved family home recently, it was a fairly smooth transaction and we were offered pretty close to our asking price. Teresa and her team kept us updated all the way through and I would not hesitate to recommend them ⭐️

GoogleJDM were not my selling estate agency but acting for the vendors of the house I was purchasing. The whole team were exceptional in keeping in touch and being proactive in resolving the delays which occurred in the whole property chain with all the Conveyancing Solicitors. Every member of the team I had to communicate with were polite, friendly and very helpful, but special thanks go to the Sales Co-ordinator, Trish, who deserves a medal for her persistence, humour and friendly approach; nothing was too much trouble and JDM made the whole moving experience relatively smooth and straightforward. Although I love my new home and have no intentions of ever moving again, (!!) JDM would be my 'go to' estate agency if I ever find myself in that position in the future. Many thanks to you all!

GoogleWhat a fabulous and caring group of people!! I couldn’t have asked for more from this whole team. Every single member I dealt with at this office was kind, courteous, helpful and well informed. If they didn’t know something, they would say it and go and find out, no fobbing off, no estate agent speak, just good, honest helpful communication. Lisa in particular was outstanding and we felt so lucky to have her taking care of our sale. She really did go above and beyond even after the sale was complete she went out of her way to help us. We felt more like we gained a friend than an estate agent. Thank you all of you for making our move to the coast possible and as smooth as it was possible to be with the hurdles we were thrown!!!

GoogleLisa sold my family home recently, my Mother having passed away. It was an extremely difficult and fraught transaction which took 9 months to complete but, throughout, Lisa was very supportive and professional. Lisa's colleagues at the Petts Wood branch were all very informed about the progress of the sale and equally supportive. I am quite confident that had we used any other agent in the area, the sale would not have progressed to a satisfactory conclusion. I wholly recommend JDM.

GoogleHi all, We are finally settled and have internet, so I'm catching up! Derek and I just want to thank you all for the sterling service you provided in the sale of our property. These things are inevitably stressful but you all made the pain manageable. Special thanks to Trish for the human approach to all our little obstacles along the way, it really helps to have someone in whom you feel you can have confidence, Katie and all the crew were always knowledgeable about the stage of play for us, they were helpful and responded quickly when we asked questions. GoogleApologies, it took me almost 3 months to write this review but I was determined to share my experience with prospective clients who might work with JDM (Petts Wood) branch for a purchase or sale of a property. My wife and I were first time buyers who were clueless about how the home buying process works especially for someone who is an expat. Must admit that JDM were not the first agency we interacted with but they certainly were the best! Lisa and her team were always on the ball and ensured that they gave us all the necessary information and guidance (within their remit & beyond) in making this experience a smooth and memorable one. It almost felt like having a dedicated/personalised team to address our queries from time to time. They did a superb job of it. They were always there for us right from the viewing through the negotiations and agreement and continued to provide support and check on us even after the completion/purchase. For that we shall be ever so grateful to Lisa and her team. A massive thank you for making our dream come true!

GoogleJDM were excellent in helping me (buyer) get the deal over the line. Trish, the sales coordinator was very helpful throughout the process. Even thought the chain was being difficult in terms of completion dates, Trish was always helpful and chased the solicitors / upwards agents when necessary (which is a very difficult task).

GoogleJDM Estate Agents at Petts Wood recently sold our house in Orpington and the whole process which took 7 months due to buyer issues. It was well handled by Trish & George who had to cope with the multiple ups & downs. Trish especially liaised with our solicitor, the buyer’s solicitor, the buyer’s & us on a regular basis but due to money laundering concerns & buyers solictor appalling service the sale fell through. At this point Lisa stepped in and sourced a new buyer within a few days. The team handled the viewing, offer process and chased down all the details needed to complete the sale. Excellent service so would use again.
